If a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed by both parties, we will fully comply with its terms and will not share, display, upload, or distribute any samples, images, or related materials.

Returns, Refunds, and Reprints
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, all refunds, credits, and reprints are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If your order is defective or does not conform to the approved specifications, you must submit clear digital evidence such as photographs or videos within three business days of delivery.
Our management team will review the submitted evidence and determine an appropriate resolution if the issue is deemed our responsibility. All determinations regarding defects, errors, or production issues are made at management’s sole discretion.
In certain cases, we may require the original shipment to be returned at your expense for physical inspection prior to issuing any refund, credit, or reprint.
Expedited processing and rush order fees are non-refundable.
Pricing, Payments, and Order Cancellations
All prices displayed on our website or shared through any communication are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in USD unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Due to the custom nature of our products and services, production will not begin until full payment is received using an approved payment method.
Customers are required to approve a proof, either electronic or physical, before production begins. Once proof approval is granted and production has commenced, no changes to artwork, specifications, or turnaround times will be permitted.
Orders may be canceled within four hours of proof approval, excluding rush or expedited orders, without penalty. Cancellation requests submitted after this timeframe may incur fees depending on the stage of production. Cancellations are not guaranteed after 24 hours.
Design Services
All design service orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once placed.
Artwork and File Submission Requirements
We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates intellectual property laws or contains offensive or prohibited material.
Proof Approval and Color Accuracy
Production begins only after proof approval. Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs delivered via email. Delays in approval may impact turnaround times.
Electronic proofs may not accurately represent final colors, transparency, overprint settings, or finishing effects such as lamination or UV coating. While we strive for close color matching, exact color accuracy is not guaranteed.
Reprints will not be issued for color variations. Customers requiring precise color matching should request a hard copy proof at an additional cost.
No Responsibility for Customer Errors
KraftSoapBoxes.com is not responsible for errors in the final product resulting from issues such as spelling errors, font problems, incorrect dielines, missing folds, bleed issues, overprint settings, or improperly prepared artwork.
Overruns and Underruns
Orders are produced in accordance with standard industry practices and may be delivered within plus or minus 5 percent of the ordered quantity. Minor underruns may be credited or adjusted on a future order at our discretion.
Production, Shipping, and Delivery
Production timelines begin only after proof approval and receipt of full payment. Selected production speeds indicate the number of business days required to complete manufacturing prior to shipment.
KraftSoapBoxes.com is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of internal production delays, expedited fees may be refunded, but orders cannot be canceled due to such delays.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and clearance requirements for international shipments. Shipping timelines are estimates only, and we are not liable for loss, damage, or delays during transit. Claims for lost or damaged shipments may be filed six business days after dispatch.
Additional charges may apply if an incorrect shipping address is provided.
