Return and Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery and ensure that the products have not been damaged or altered. Please note that full refunds and product returns are not available. However, in the event of an error on our part, we will reprint your order at no additional cost. We are unable to assume responsibility for issues that do not originate from our end.
Final Product Acceptance
While we make every effort to accurately reproduce your submitted designs and color specifications, minor variations may occur due to printing limitations. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these limitations and agree not to hold Kraft Soap Boxes liable for minor color or design discrepancies. We are committed to delivering the highest possible reflection of your vision.
Payment, Order Placement, and Cancellations
Production will not commence until full payment has been received, including all applicable shipping, handling, and tax fees. Accepted payment methods include credit cards and other valid online payment options. Upon completing your payment, you are required to submit a printed copy of your payment confirmation as proof of transaction.
Any modifications or cancellation requests must be submitted within 4 hours of order placement. Please be advised that cancellations are subject to a processing fee, calculated as a percentage of the total order value.
